Telegram Wallet: how to connect and withdraw
Dollars from Purple are withdrawn through Telegram Wallet — from $10, usually within hours, and with no service fee. Here's how to connect the wallet, request a payout, and what to do if the money is delayed.
Two currencies: what actually gets withdrawn
Purple has two things that are easy to mix up. Purple Coins are internal points (1 coin = $0.01). They only work inside the service: you spend them to open bonus boxes. Coins can't be withdrawn directly.
Dollars are the payout. They land on your balance when you open bonus boxes, and dollars are what you send out through Telegram Wallet.
In plain terms, the path looks like this: activity on the partner platform earns cashback in coins → coins go into bonus boxes ($5/$10/$50) → boxes return dollars → dollars move to your Telegram Wallet. Boxes are entertainment, not a lottery: a payout is never larger than the price of the box. Everything here is 18+.
What Telegram Wallet is
Telegram Wallet is a wallet built right into Telegram, separate from Purple. We simply send your dollars into it. If you don't have Wallet yet, you can connect it in a couple of minutes: open search in Telegram, find the Wallet app, and launch it. No cards or documents are needed to start.
You don't pay for minutes or Premium through Purple — that happens on the partner dating platform. Purple only handles cashback and dollar payouts.
How to withdraw dollars, step by step
Once your dollar balance reaches the amount you want, a withdrawal takes just a few taps.
- Open the Purple Mini App and go to the balance section.
- Tap "Withdraw" and enter the amount — from $10.
- Confirm the withdrawal in Telegram Wallet.
- Wait for the funds — usually hours, not days.
Purple charges no fee for withdrawals. If Telegram or the network adds its own charge on the wallet side, that's outside our control — but from Purple's side the withdrawal is free.
Withdrawal terms at a glance
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum | $10 |
| Speed | usually within hours |
| Purple fee | 0 |
| Destination | Telegram Wallet |
| Premium (women only) | priority payout |
Premium is free and optional, available to women. Beyond 35% cashback, it gives priority in the payout queue and personal support. It isn't insurance and isn't a guaranteed rate — just faster, more attentive service.
If a withdrawal is delayed
Sometimes money takes longer than the usual few hours. Most of the time the reason is simple, and there's no need to worry.
- Check the amount. A withdrawal below $10 won't go through — top your balance up to the minimum.
- Check the Wallet itself. The wallet should be connected and active in your Telegram.
- Give it a little time. During peak hours crediting can take longer, but it usually arrives the same day.
- Don't duplicate the request. One withdrawal, one request; repeated attempts only confuse the history.
If a day has passed and the dollars still aren't there, message Purple support. Share the rough time and amount of the withdrawal, and we'll check the status.
Where the dollars come from
For withdrawals to be regular, you need a steady flow of coins that you convert into dollars through boxes. Coins are earned from activity on the partner platform: Basic gives 5% cashback, Premium gives 35% (women only). For men, the scenario is cashback on purchases — buying minutes or a Premium package on the platform returns up to 40% in coins.
Referrals work separately: a flat 5% in coins from the activity of everyone you invite — woman or man. It's a separate bonus, it doesn't reduce your invitee's earnings, and it's credited monthly and automatically.
Income here is tied to activity, not a salary: amounts depend on how much you use the platform. For more on how it works, see the blog; for step-by-step questions, check help.
