ABOUT THIS PAGE
This page is intended for individuals, companies, agencies, platforms, and communities interested in exploring cooperation with Purple. It is an open invitation to start a conversation — not a binding legal agreement, offer, or commitment of any kind.
Purple Ltd is incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus and operates a growing digital ecosystem. We are at an early stage and intentionally keep our partnership approach flexible and case-by-case. Reaching out creates no obligation on either side, and nothing on this page should be relied upon as a promise of cooperation, revenue, or specific terms.
THE PURPLE ECOSYSTEM (FOR CONTEXT)
For clarity in any partnership discussion, the following terms are used consistently across all Purple documentation and communications:
- Platform — the Purple Windows desktop application, used by Chatters for communication sessions.
- Mini App — the Telegram Mini Application; the primary interface for all Users (balance, tasks, referrals, withdrawals).
- Site — purpleukraine.com; informational entry point, primarily for the Ukrainian-speaking community.
- Chatter — a verified participant who engages in communication sessions on the Platform and earns Purple Coin ("coin's").
- Scout — a referral participant who invites new users and earns a commission from their qualifying activity.
- Invited User — a user who joined via a Scout's referral link.
- Purple Coin ("coin's") — Purple's internal, non-transferable digital unit of account. Its value is flexible and determined by the Company; withdrawals are processed via Telegram Wallet.
- Pool (upcoming) — a discretionary weekly incentive feature scheduled for a future release; not active at present.
- Help Center / Walli — Purple's support and knowledge interface, including Purple's AI assistant, accessible via the Mini App.
WHO WE ARE OPEN TO
Our default position is openness. We are interested in conversations with, among others:
- Traffic and user-acquisition partners — affiliate networks, CPA platforms, media buyers, influencer networks.
- Technology partners — developers, API integrators, SaaS providers, infrastructure services.
- Content and media partners — creators, channels, communities, publications, UGC and storytelling teams.
- Platform partners — other digital ecosystems interested in cross-promotion or integration.
- Investor and funding partners — angels, funds, or strategic investors aligned with our direction.
- Regional and community partners — local operators, community managers, or growth leads.
- Service providers — legal, compliance, payment, identity verification, and analytics services.
- Social-impact partners — including Ukrainian charitable organizations and awareness initiatives.
- Pool sponsors — brands or partners interested in contributing to the upcoming weekly Pool, following its activation.
This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. If your area of cooperation is not listed, you are welcome to reach out anyway.
WHAT COOPERATION CAN LOOK LIKE
We approach every potential partnership individually. There is no standard deal template — the shape of cooperation depends on what makes sense for both sides. Examples include traffic/revenue-share or CPA models, platform or API integration, sponsored content and co-branded campaigns, custom development, regional representation, strategic investment, and Pool sponsorship (following Pool activation).
All cooperation arrangements are formalised exclusively through a separate written agreement specific to the nature of the partnership. This page does not create any rights, obligations, or expectations on either side, and no arrangement is binding until executed in writing by authorised representatives of both parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
When entering preliminary discussions, both parties are expected to treat shared information with reasonable discretion. If a more formal confidentiality arrangement is needed before substantive discussions begin, we are open to signing a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request. To request an NDA or discuss confidentiality terms, contact us at the addresses in Section 8.
OUR APPROACH TO PARTNERSHIPS
A few principles that guide how we engage:
- We respond to every genuine inquiry. If we are not the right fit, we will say so honestly.
- We do not require a formal deck or proposal to start a conversation.
- We are flexible on deal structure (revenue share, flat fee, equity, barter, or hybrid).
- We move at a reasonable pace and respect that time matters on both sides.
- We do not make commitments we cannot keep. Nothing is confirmed until it is in writing.
HOW TO PROPOSE COOPERATION
To streamline review, please include:
- a description of the collaboration concept;
- expected scope and objectives;
- relevant background information;
- proposed format and timeline (if applicable).
Purple may request additional details where needed.
DECISION, DISCRETION, AND CONTACTS
Purple evaluates each proposal individually and reserves the right to accept, modify, decline, or discontinue any cooperation request or discussion at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. Submitting a proposal grants Purple no exclusivity and imposes no obligation to proceed.
